Este reto se me hacía un poco difícil en la cabeza ya que no sólo es un sitio cerrado lleno de gente del que no puedes salir cuando quieras si lo necesitas, es que no sé cuándo fue la última vez que cogí un tren. Todavía creo que no os lo he contado pero yo soy la mala suerte personificada. Por lo que este reto no podía ser solo coser y cantar… Para que me entendáis algo mejor los que no sabéis cómo se pueden sentir estas cosas y para mostraros a los que sí que no pasa nada he hecho fotos y capturas de pantalla a mi ritmo cardíaco (Samsung Gear) y a mi nivel de azúcar en diferentes momentos, para que podáis comparar. Hello! For my first visit I have chosen Complutum. It is the unique Roman city of the whole Comunity of Madrid. It is placed in my city, Alcalá de Henares. This city was founded  in 20 A.D. I was very nervous when I got there. When I took the car I was almost shaking. I need to say that when I did this visit it was Sunday, the day before I quit taking the pills, which made it a little bit more difficult. Also, nobody knew where I was so if something was wrong nobody would knew it.  When I got into the place, after payed the entrance (1€), my level of anxiety was very high. At that moment I had to stop and call my mother to tell her where I was. The call did not last for too long, it was like 2 minutes. It really helped me to calm down. This can be a trick for you. It was a very hard moment because I already had more diseases but the worst part was yet to come. A couple of months later I was also diagnosed with Agoraphobia. There was a moment in which I was afraid of, literally, everything. For example, one of the things I like the most is taking a super-hot shower but I was afraid of it too.
