Complutum

Hello!

For my first visit I have chosen Complutum. It is the unique Roman city of the whole Comunity of Madrid. It is placed in my city, Alcalá de Henares. This city was founded in 20 A.D.

I was very nervous when I got there. When I took the car I was almost shaking. I need to say that when I did this visit it was Sunday, the day before I quit taking the pills, which made it a little bit more difficult. Also, nobody knew where I was so if something was wrong nobody would knew it. 

When I got into the place, after payed the entrance (1€), my level of anxiety was very high. At that moment I had to stop and call my mother to tell her where I was. The call did not last for too long, it was like 2 minutes. It really helped me to calm down. This can be a trick for you. If you don't feel very good just call someone!

Para mi primera visita he elegido Complutum. Es la única ciudad Romana de toda la Comunidad de Madrid. Está situada en mi ciudad, Alcalá de Henares. Esta ciudad fue fundada en el año 20 d.C.

Cuando llegué estaba muy nerviosa. Cuando cogí el coche estaba casi temblando. Tengo que decir que la visita fue el domingo y el día anterior había dejado de tomarme las pastillas para la agorafobia, lo que lo hizo más difícil. Además nadie sabía dónde estaba asique si pasaba algo nadie lo sabría.

Al entrar en el sitio, después de pagar la entrada (1€), mi nivel de ansiedad era bastante alto. En ese momento tuve que parar y llamar a mi madre para decirle dónde estaba. La llamada no duró mucho, fue como unos 2 minutos. La verdad es que me ayudó mucho a calmarme. Esto puede ser un truco para ti también. Si no te sientes muy bien ¡llama a alguien!
